These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RenBehan.ink (the “Website”), tattoo booking inquiry processes, memberships, mailing clubs, subscriptions, merchandise purchases, and related services operated by Ren Behan INK LLC (“Ren Behan INK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Ren Behan INK LLC is based in Orlando, Florida. By accessing our Website, submitting a booking inquiry, purchasing merchandise, enrolling in a membership or mailing club, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the Website, memberships, merchandise, or services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

2. Eligibility & Website Use

You may browse and interact with this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that:

- You are at least 18 years of age. This Website and all tattoo services are intended strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not provide tattoo services to minors under any circumstances;

- You will not use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data, images, or content from the Website;

- You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, compromise the security of, or gain unauthorized access to the Website, servers, or connected networks; and

- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information whenever you submit forms, inquiries, or orders.

Sticky Contacts & Form-Memory Features

Certain forms on our Website may use “sticky contact” or form-memory features that pre-fill or retain contact details you previously entered for convenience. This functionality relies on browser cookies and local device storage. If you use a shared, public, or non-private device, you are responsible for adjusting your browser settings, clearing cookies, or managing your cookie preferences to prevent your details from remaining visible to subsequent users.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content published on this Website—including artwork, custom tattoo designs, flash designs, photographs, illustrations, digital graphics, text, videos, logos, trademarks, branding, and layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of Ren Behan INK LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Studio Artwork & Tattoo Photography

All custom tattoo designs, conceptual sketches, finished tattoo artwork, and photographs of completed tattoos created by Ren Behan INK LLC remain our exclusive intellectual property. Purchasing a tattoo service, print, sticker, clothing item, subscription box, or membership does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork to you. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, create derivative works from, display commercially, or use Ren Behan INK LLC artwork or imagery for commercial purposes or artificial-intelligence model training without our prior written consent.

Client Reference Submissions

Reference images, concept descriptions, and placement photographs submitted by you remain your property. However, by uploading or submitting materials through our Website or communication channels, you grant Ren Behan INK LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, store, modify, and use those materials solely for consultation, design planning, tattoo rendering, and appointment preparation. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary permissions and rights to provide any reference materials you submit.

4. Tattoo Inquiries, Bookings, & Deposits

Tattoo services are provided by appointment only and are subject to artist availability, concept approval, and scheduling capacity.

No Guarantee of Acceptance: Submitting a booking inquiry does not establish an artist-client relationship, guarantee a consultation, secure an appointment date, or obligate Ren Behan INK LLC to accept a project. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry, design concept, or service request at our sole discretion, consistent with applicable law.

Deposit and Appointment Policy: All confirmed tattoo bookings require an upfront deposit and are governed by our separate Tattoo Appointment and Deposit Policy. Clients must review and accept the deposit requirements, rescheduling rules, cancellation terms, and studio policies prior to securing an appointment date.

5. Mailing Club, Memberships, & Recurring Subscriptions

Ren Behan INK LLC may offer physical mailing-club subscriptions, membership tiers (such as Plus-tier memberships), pre-orders, and special community perks. Specific pricing, billing frequencies, shipment intervals, and included benefits will be clearly disclosed at checkout or on the applicable program page.

Recurring Billing & Automatic Renewal

When you enroll in a recurring subscription or membership, you authorize Ren Behan INK LLC (through our third-party payment processors) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis at the specified price and interval (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.

You are responsible for keeping your payment methods, billing address, contact information, and shipping address accurate and up to date. If a recurring payment fails, we may suspend membership perks, pause physical mailings, or cancel your membership.

Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions & Memberships

You may cancel your recurring subscription or membership at any time via the self-service management link in your order confirmation emails or by contacting our customer support. To avoid being billed for the subsequent billing cycle or shipment, you must complete your cancellation before your next scheduled renewal date.

All processed subscription and membership payments are strictly non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current, paid billing cycle. You will continue to receive any remaining benefits or scheduled packages paid for during that active period, and no further charges will be made.

Membership Program Changes & Tier Benefits

Membership benefits, physical mailing contents, exclusive digital drops, and tier structures may be adjusted, updated, or substituted over time as necessary for program operations. We will not materially reduce the core benefits of a paid membership during an active billing cycle without providing advance notice where required by law. Membership perks are subject to availability and do not guarantee access to limited-edition items or custom tattoo booking slots unless explicitly stated.

Plus Member Exclusive Bookings

Plus Members receive priority access to tattoo booking openings before general booking opens. Priority booking does not guarantee an appointment, specific date, or availability. Tattoo appointments are subject to Ren Behan INK's availability, scheduling capacity, and tattoo booking policies.

Priority booking is intended for clients seeking custom anime tattoo work that aligns with Ren Behan INK's artistic style, portfolio, and specialties. All tattoo concepts remain subject to artist approval. Membership does not guarantee that every requested tattoo concept will be accepted.

Appointments are offered on a first-come first-serve basis among eligible Plus Members during the priority booking period.

To receive and retain any Plus Member-exclusive pricing, the client must maintain an active Plus Membership for the duration of their tattoo project. For multi-session projects, the membership must remain active through all scheduled sessions in order for Plus Member rates to remain valid. Canceling or allowing the membership to lapse before the project is competed will result in the loss of the member-exclusive rate for any remaining sessions, and standard pricing will apply.

Membership provides priority access and special pricing benefits only; it does not guarantee that a booking will be accepted or that a requested concept, date, placement, or design will be available or approved.

Optional Membership Information

Certain membership benefits or Plus-tier features may invite you to provide optional details, such as your birth month and day (for birthday recognition) or your Discord handle (for community access). If you choose not to provide optional information necessary to deliver a specific perk, that specific perk may be unavailable to you. Handling of this information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Pre-Orders, Merchandise, & Shipping

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase an upcoming item before production or inventory stocking is finalized.

Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time while the initial pre-order window remains open. Once the pre-order window closes and manufacturing or fulfillment preparation begins, all pre-orders become final sale and non-refundable.

Production and delivery dates listed on pre-order pages are good-faith estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. In the event of an unforeseen production delay that materially exceeds our estimates, we will notify you and provide options in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines.

Merchandise Sales & Final Sale Policy

All sales of clothing, apparel, art prints, stickers, and standard merchandise are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated on the product page.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable postal address for all physical orders, mailing-club shipments, and merchandise deliveries. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to an incorrect, outdated, or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package or club mailing is returned to us as undeliverable, you may be required to pay additional postage fees before we reship the package. We cannot guarantee replacements for limited-edition, sold-out, or seasonal items if an order is lost due to an inaccurate address.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If your merchandise or mailing-club package arrives damaged, materially defective, or fails to arrive within the expected carrier timeframe, you must notify us at [insert customer support email] within [e.g., 14 days] of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Please include photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

7. Plus-Tier Community & Discord Guidelines

Certain membership tiers include access to private online community channels, forums, or a dedicated Discord server. Your participation in community spaces is a privilege, not a right, and is conditioned on compliance with these Terms and all posted community rules.

When participating in our community spaces, you agree not to:

- Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, demean, or discriminate against any member, artist, or moderator;

- Post unlawful, defamatory, sexually explicit, graphic, hateful, or abusive material;

- Post or distribute another individual’s private personal information (“doxxing”) without their express consent;

- Share, re-upload, leak, or distribute subscriber-only artwork, confidential previews, or member-exclusive content outside the community;

- Send unsolicited advertisements, spam, referral links, commercial promotions, or malware;

- Impersonate Ren Behan INK LLC staff, moderators, or other members; or

- Disrupt the safe, respectful, and creative environment of the community.

We reserve the right to moderate content, issue warnings, temporarily mute, or permanently revoke community and Discord access for any member who violates these guidelines, without refund of membership fees.

Third-Party Platform Disclaimer: Ren Behan INK LLC does not own or control Discord or any other third-party host platform. Your use of Discord is independently subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for platform downtime, third-party moderation actions, or Discord’s independent data practices.

8. User Conduct on the Website

You agree not to use the Website to submit or transmit any material that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to reject submissions, terminate access, or report unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities without prior notice.

9. Third-Party Links & External Platforms

Our Website contains links to external websites, social-media pages, and third-party services (such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, Google, PayPal, Venmo, and Stripe). These links are provided for your convenience. Ren Behan INK LLC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, security, or terms of any third-party websites or services.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, retention, and sharing of personal information—including contact information, placement photos, skin-condition disclosures, mailing-club addresses, birthdays, Discord handles, and cookie preferences—are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Disclaimers & Inherent Risks of Tattooing

Content published on this Website is provided for general informational and portfolio purposes only. While we endeavor to maintain accurate information, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, availability, blog posts, or aftercare articles are entirely error-free, complete, or current.

Inherent Risks of Tattoo Services

Tattooing is an invasive procedure involving permanent skin alteration and carries inherent health and aesthetic risks, including but not limited to pain, bleeding, swelling, bruising, infection, allergic reactions to pigments or aftercare products, scarring, color fading, and variations in healed appearance. Website descriptions and aftercare guides do not constitute medical advice.

Before receiving a tattoo, clients are required to review, complete, and sign formal, legally binding Informed Consent, Medical Disclosure, and Studio Waiver Agreements at the studio. Those in-person documents govern the hands-on service.

Clients are solely responsible for accurately disclosing all relevant health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, and medications, and for strictly adhering to professional aftercare instructions. Ren Behan INK LLC is not liable for adverse healing outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions, improper aftercare, physical trauma, or environmental exposure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ren Behan INK LLC, its owners, artists, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal property, arising out of or in connection with:

- Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Website;

- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

- Any merchandise purchased or delayed through the Website;

- Conduct or content of any third party on the Website or community channels; or

- Any matter beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these Terms, the Website, or merchandise purchases shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ren Behan INK LLC for the specific transaction or membership cycle giving rise to the claim in the preceding twelve (12) months.
