Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, photographs, trademarks, logos, and branding displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Ren Behan INK. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material found on this site is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Custom tattoo designs and photos of tattoos created by Ren Behan INK remain the intellectual property of Ren Behan INK unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client-provided reference images and photos remain the property of the client; however, by submitting such images, the client grants Ren Behan INK a limited license to use them for tattoo design and consultation purposes. By uploading images to this website, you confirm that you own the rights to the images or have permission to use them. Uploaded images are used solely for tattoo consultation, planning, and placement purposes and are not shared publicly without consent.

2. Use of Website

You may browse and interact with this website for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any attempt to copy, modify, or republish content without explicit permission is a violation of intellectual property laws. By visiting and using this website, you agree not to interfere with the security or functionality of the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to extract data or content. This website and our tattoo services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not provide tattoo services to minors under any circumstances. You must be 18+ years old to book a tattoo. While this website may be accessed by the general public, tattoo services are strictly limited to individuals aged 18 or older.

3. Tattoo Bookings & Deposits

Tattoo booking requests are subject to availability and approval. All booking terms, including deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and no-show policies, are outlined on the booking request page at https://renbehan.ink/booking and are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Deposit(s) are required to book and will be deducted from the total at the end of each session. Deposits can only be paid via invoicing through our system, and you can choose to have payment processed via Paypal or Venmo. Final payment for tattoo services is due at the end of each session and may be made via cash, Cash App, or Venmo.

Each deposit allows 2 reschedules so long as 1 week’s notice is given. Deposits are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are forfeit if you no-call/no-show, cancel, or exceed allowable reschedules for your appointment. For multiple bookings, if you no-call/no-show one without following up within 24 hours of the scheduled time, all future sessions scheduled for your project will immediately be made available to others. Note: Reschedules on discounted sessions forfeit the discount. Rescheduling is not an option for conventions or guest spots due to strict timelines and limited space.

If you expect to be late to your tattoo appointment, please reach out to let us know before the session start time - if you are more than 20 minutes late, the deposit will be forfeit and a new deposit will be necessary to reschedule.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate material on our website. Ren Behan INK reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms. Unlawful submissions may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law. Ren Behan INK reserves the right to remove content, deny service, or restrict access at its sole discretion if these Terms are violated.

5. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites that are not affiliated with Ren Behan INK. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these third-party sites.

6. Personal Information & Privacy
Personal information is collected, used, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding data collection, use, storage, and user rights.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Ren Behan INK provides content at https://renbehan.ink/ for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free or up-to-date. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this website.

In regards to tattooing services - tattooing involves inherent risks, including but not limited to infection, allergic reactions, or dissatisfaction with healed results. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions and following all provided aftercare instructions. Ren Behan INK is not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance or undisclosed medical conditions. Tattoo results may vary based on skin type, placement, aftercare, and individual healing response.

8. Changes to Terms

Ren Behan INK reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after updates signifies your acceptance of any changes. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
