Because I design every tattoo from scratch, fully customized for you, the number of sessions we need will vary depending on a number of factors: placement and its proportions, your pain tolerance, the complexity of the design, and the style. I work in all-day and half-day flat rates, and because of my 8+ years of experience tattooing, I have a pretty solid idea of how much time a tattoo will take me. For a quote, please fill out the booking form with your idea, character choice, and placement - we'll discuss a game plan, and when you're ready, lock in!
All-Day Sessions typically run for approximately 8 hours (10am-6pm) - $1800 per session
Half-day Sessions typically run for approximately 4 hours - $900 per session
Deposit to book is $200 per session - deposits are non-refundable booking retainers, and will be deducted off the final price of your tattoo session.
The first step in the process is to reach out and brainstorm! Together, we will discuss your vision for your anime sleeve or backpiece and come up with the best layout to display your favorite characters. Sleeves and backpieces are multi-session large projects that are completed over time. In some cases, people opt to do back-to-back sessions to knock out as much as possible. However, for the body to have the best healing experience, I always recommend spacing sessions out by 1-2 months at a time. These large projects can take between 6-8 sessions to complete.
Ultimately, I specialize in what is essentially large-scale storytelling. It's the illustrator in me! I design the composition as a cohesive flow that follows the natural movement of your arm or leg (or even a backpiece!). More often than not, I have a cohesive concept in mind for the entire piece and I design a section at a time as we go. However, for some projects, I'll design the whole sleeve before we begin.
I am located at XSADFAMX Tattoos in Orlando, Fl! The shop address is 448 S Alafaya Trail #3, Orlando, FL 32828
I specialize in the style presented in my portfolio - this style works beautifully for anime tattoos, video game creatures and characters, and even for comic tattoos. I can also apply this style to many other subjects as well - so don't hesitate to ask!
Anime tattoos are the most common request I get for my style, but not the only subject matter I'll tackle. I'm a big nerd, so I love taking on things that we both can geek out about while we hammer out a cool tattoo! I want to be just as passionate and excited about your tattoo as you are!
Unfortunately, there are times when I just don't feel I am the right artist for your idea. It's never personal - it's simply because I want you to get the best out of choosing me for your ideas. In this case, I may recommend someone I personally know and trust who can do your idea beautifully!
Once we've brainstormed your goals for the tattoo, I use the information you provide and make it "skin-worthy"! I pay close attention to what details you request and the meaning you have behind the tattoo (if any). With this info, I research the subject to make sure I get all those details right, and I take time to try and capture it in a way that works best on skin and in the placement you've requested.
I never copy anything directly - all work is fully custom, and I never reuse designs. I will have a clean fully rendered design ready the day you arrive!
I do not share designs before our session because I finalize it the night before so I can keep it fresh in mind, fresh in hand when we begin putting it to skin the next day. A few small changes are of course welcomed, but any complicated changes or full revisions will require a reschedule with a new deposit.
Absolutely! I recommend scheduling your tattoo for the end of your trip, giving yourself 1-2 days recovery, and reviewing the travel preparation guide on my blog. I also have a detailed travel guide!
For clients coming from out-of-state, I recommend planning the tattoo session for the end of your visit. If you plan on visiting theme parks, beaches, and other tourist destinations, you don't want to worry about your fresh tattoo - it's essentially an open wound! Save the tattoo session for the day before your departure back home.
Depending on how many sessions you have scheduled for your visit, please consider that all-day sessions typically start at 10am and end approx. around 6pm, but may go a little later. So with this in mind, if you plan on flying back home the night of our session, I recommend planning a late flight so you have adequate time to get to the airport, through security, and to your gate with time to spare. Of course - if you are able, it's best to rest at a hotel, with family, or with friends, and then fly out the next day instead.
